Chloe Breider joined GIC in 2022 as an Assistant Vice President in GIC’s Technology Investment Group. In this role, she helps manage the Funds portfolio in venture capital and growth equity funds. Prior to GIC, Chloe was a direct investor at IVP and co-founded the Phoenix Fund, a micro-fund focused on investing in underserved and diverse communities within the Harvard ecosystem. Select investments include Datadog, UiPath, and Built Technologies.

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wellesley College and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. In her free time she enjoys Muay Thai boxing, taking her Belgian Malinois to the beach, traveling, and reading about history, investing, and politics.
